·         vegetable oil
·         1 ½ lb large, boneless, skinless chicken breast (680 g), about 3
·         2 teaspoons fine sea salt
·         2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
·         1 ½ cups barbecue sauce (435 g)

3.    Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside to cool slightly.
4.    Use 2 forks to shred the chicken, add to a bowl, and toss with the remaining barbecue sauce.
5.    Serve on pretzel buns with coleslaw.
6.    Enjoy!
