BBQ CHICKEN SANDWICH RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

large, boneless, skinless chicken breast (680 g), about 3

teaspoons fine sea salt

teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

1 ½
cups barbecue sauce (435 g)

6
pretzel buns
·
2 cups
coleslaw (250 g)
INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Heat a
grill over medium-high heat and clean and lightly oil the hot grates.
2.
Season
the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place on the grill. Grill the
breast for 5 minutes, then flip, brush with some of the barbecue sauce, and
continue to grill until cooked through, 5-7 minutes more.
3.
Transfer
the chicken to a plate and set aside to cool slightly.
4.
Use 2
forks to shred the chicken, add to a bowl, and toss with the remaining barbecue
sauce.
5.
Serve
on pretzel buns with coleslaw.
